Encouraged by the results currently presented by the SMSL DAC, I purchased the SMSL RAW DAC1. However, it worked for as long as only 2 hours. After I disconnected it from the power supply, I can no longer turn it on from standby mode. There is only a red LED on the display. I tried turning it on with the remote control and pressing the knob. The remote control had new batteries and I checked whether it emitted IR light. I also disconnected it from the power supply for 1 minute (even 30 minutes). It didn't solve the problem. When I turn on the power supply and hold the knob, I can only enable the software update option (a screen with a card symbol appears)

However, SMSL does not want to provide the firmware (I think this will help). According to the instructions from SMSL RAW-MDA1 MCU does not seem difficult, and it should solve the problem.
I contacted the seller and SMSL (unfortunately they referred me to ShenzenAudio) Unfortunately, no one is able to help. And on the Internet I found identical problem:

Has anyone encountered such a situation? Can help (SMSL representative). I will be grateful for any help
