Which kind of power supply did you use for the spdif test?

• external power supply? The SMSL website (but not the manual) warns not to use a PD one and I own PD models only...
• power extracted from computer USB port?

Have you tested both coaxial and toslink? (I expect same results):

I'm asking because I'm curious if these variables, in particular different power choices, could give different results in measurements.

Edit. I own both PS-200 and DCD-9000

Hi, I used my old iPhone charger to power it.
Coax and Toslink tested indeed, and they showed the same results.

I have this DAC with my Mac Mini and a second hand Sony Blueray that plays SACD (through RCA) or occasional CDs. I am completely satisfied and at that price even more.
