I received the 2024 version. However, the volume does not increase much through Qobuz, Apple Music's own applications, a very low sound is heard. However, I increase the volume with the USB audio player application, but this time I cannot control the volume. I tried with both the M11 plus ess and my phone, the result is the same

Wdym exactly? A hardware volume slider is available in UAPP, but does not actually affect playback volume?

According to @elshaddai, the PO100 2024 has functioning UAC2 hardware volume control:

Yes, volume level is controllable with the volume up/down buttons on my MBP.

I assume this is what you're looking for? The "Format" dropdown allows selection up to "2 ch 32-bit integer" for 768.0 kHz.
