Malfunction. What to do?

Normal: When power is applied, the red LED lights up, and the screen turns on... Next, you can turn it off and on by pressing the turntable for a long time, or from the remote control.

For me: When idle without power for an hour, a day, etc. when power is applied, the red LED lights up, but it does not turn on. It also does not respond to pressing the turntable or on from the remote control. After about 1-5 minutes (it doesn't work that way after a shorter period), if you turn off the power and re-supply, it turns on normally. Then it turns off and on according to the normal scenario, ... but until the next downtime.

When turned on, the amplifier is working normally.
The power supply board looks normal.
The capacitors on the board are normal (I checked LCR-T4 LCD M328 Tester)

When the amplifier is not turned on (Bug power on), after the 220V power supply is applied, the indication on the power supply board (two green LEDs are on) and on the amplifier board (one red LED is on on each AMP board*) is exactly the same as in the "standby mode" when turning off the volume knob or from the remote control.

* - When the amplifier is normally turned on, two red LEDs light up on each AMP board.

Sounds like it's electronic recycling time, unless you know someone who can poke a 'scope into the hardware.
