I don’t think the device has any support for an IR remote.

My setup includes wiim streamer, dsp and two amplifiers. Including a dac that would be 5 devices + source.
Turning on 5-6 devices every time is trivial and not very wife friendly. So I use the wiims auto on/off function and common power switch for all other devices.
Would this "automation" work with the smsl su-1, or will it enter standby mode after power interruption?

this doesnt look like SMSL acknowledges this unit's existence on their website??? no manual etc. exclusive model?

does it even have sleep modes or is it always on knowing something on type c usb doesnt use much power?
