Help !!! I have lost the Bluetooth antenna. Plug is very small and different from an F satellite receiver plug, what to do ??? Thanks
It's a standard Bluetooth/WLAN antenna connector. You can use any aftermarket antenna.

I can t find it. Amazon hasn't got it. E bay too. Otherwise l wouldn't have disturbed here
Looks like you're not looking for the right thing. When I look for "bluetooth antenna", I get hundreds of offers. These are standard parts used with thousands of devices.

The connector is called SMA. Pretty much every bluetooth/WLAN antenna uses the male SMA connector.

Thanks. You are very kind. I will follow your advice.

I just got the new Tv LG C4 which has an eARC HDMI port. Can I use a USB C to HDMI 2.1 cable like this one (https://a.co/d/eJEv1t1) to connect the Tv to the DO100 for sound output?

Looks like there is a new driver that is available. Just downloaded and now I get all the various resolution setting options in Windows 10 sound settings.
I am using Amazon Music Unlimited, online stream, on windows 10, connected via Optical to DO100, why resolution displayed by the DAC is always at 48 khz at the best ??? I m pretty distressed.

I was so upset, l went downstairs l got hold of wiim mini streaming device, connected it to my main stere system. Yes it works. Windows simply downsize everything to 48 khz.

Why are you using the standard Windows drivers in the first place? If it's your only option, there should be settings to adjust to different sample rates and bit depths, at least it was in Windows 10. Hope you solve the problem, if you don't find the settings I can have a look at my own gear and I hopefully can be able to give you some more specific guidance.

Thanks for your attention. I m taking optical signal out of the motherboard. Dac is 5 metres away, can't use usb. I m using a stream to my dac.

But I guess you find some settings for the optical output in Windows? Can't you set it to something like "native" sampling rate?

Windows' default audio pipeline does not support "native" sample rate that switches automatically.

If one wants bit-perfect output, then one needs to use the ASIO or Wasapi Exclusive API, which bypass the default pipeline.

Support for this needs to be built into the playback program.

Edit: here's how to enable Exclusive mode in Amazon Music:

Five meters is not that long, if you find a good quality USB cable and keep the length under 8 meters, you should be fine.

For better operation of the ir-receiver I had to do the following:
1. Clean the indoor black coating under the front glass as much as possible. This increases sensitivity.
2. Lift the ir-receiver closer to the front glass. This gives wider response angles.

Tried all the possible solutions. Amplified usb cables....usb - Ethernet - ethernet usb cable!!! Git made but. It won't work. Cambridge audio dac, 2010 model accepted such length though.

I have tried in many ways. Amplified usb cable. Usb - ethernet - usb. Converted. No way. !!!

Hi. Does anyone know if this DAC has its USB input isolated? I am integrating a DIY built amp, based around an NC500MP module and a custom signal sense PCB. If have my Mac driving the DO100, which is driving the amp via XLR, with the laptop on USB power, everything works as expected. If I plug my laptop into my monitor, I notice noise via the signal sense circuit, the problem goes away if I use an Apple Charger, rather than USB-C power from the monitor. It seems like the DO100 does not isolate its USB input. By the way, I can mitigate the issue by raising the threshold a bit, losing a bit of sensitivity in the process.
