Doesn't matter though a CS43131 is already fine and perfectly transparent and it has been around for along time.
Heck ES9018Q2M was already fine...
Totally agree regarding sound. Some of us like to measure analog gear/DIY in addition. Then we need a source with 20dB less distortion than the DUT. And the DL200 comes in handy.

Balanced and unbalanced output with "0" output impedance. High and low gain.
Just for stereo listening the well made CS43131 dongles are more than good enough as they drive both single ended and balanced gear very well. But I need SPDIF input.

I have tried finding out how long the provided USB cable is, but without any luck.

I threw mine away as it had the wrong plug on it, but it's a standard IEC C13 (PC type) power cable.

What are the improvements in firmware 1.3?
Oh, never mind, I saw in previous posts that labelling for the filters is correct now with 1.3, and no changelog anywhere to find.

No improvements other than some filters. All measurements are exactly the same.

My DL200 just stoped working. The display is flashing 200 and if I press the knob it shows 0000. No sound and I can´t change anything by turning the knob.
Has anyone experienced this? Any idea how to solve it?

I had a DL200 but decided to upgrade to the DO300EX within the 30 day return window. No, I never experienced this.
If I still had mine, one thing I would try is to power down and completely disconnect everything, including power. I would then let it sit for 5 minutes and then re-connect everything. If that fails, your next option would be to contact SMSL/Aoshida for support (hopefully your warranty is still in effect).

Thanks, I tried that without luck unfortunately. I will contact support to see. Unfortunately no warrenty left.
Have you tried a factory reset? Disconnect the power cable. While pushing the knob reconnect the power cable.

When I reconnect the cable it displays 000 until I release the knob it starts flashing 200 and nothing works.Similar threads
