smsl dl200 headphone output problem

When I change the output from Line Out to Headphone Out in the menu, the DAC immediately shuts off and switches back to Line Out. It’s basically impossible to set it to headphone output. maybe a short circuit somewhere in the headphones output
look between the relays (the rectangular cubes) and the outputs

i got massage from smsl support "Hello, yes, it needs to be sent back to the engineering department for a factory reset because the headset's protection circuit has been triggered." somehow possible to do my self?
