SMSL AO200 Not Recognized by Macbook Air M1

Hi, I own both SMSL AO200 and DO200.
Last week, I happened to test whether USB port from the AO200 works.
It did with the iPhone (via an type C to Lightning OTG), but did not with my Macbook Air M1.
I used a USB A to USB C cable in both cases.

Seems that My Macbook does not recognize the AO200 as an output audio device as I have checked the audio settings in Mac.
(no option to choose AO 200 as the output device as shown in the picture.)

Is there anyone who has come across a similar issue?

On the AO200's onscreen menu, did you set the Input as option (1) USB?
