Dynamic, accurate, fast, minimal, and exceptionally good-looking. This is the little sibling to the D8is subwoofer, which is perfect for music and movie lovers and can be used on-wall, or in-wall.
There's also the Paradigm MilleniaSub, the personal choice of none other than Dr. Floyd Toole. Not cheap, but definitely slim and nice looking. A wall mount is also available. List of Paradigm dealers in Europe here.

This is an oldie and IMO a bit overpriced, but pretty good. Doesn’t have the volume displacement to get super low loud but darn good upper bass headroom. And dual opposed drivers so balanced. (Not sure why Artison, who I believe white label the sub @Mr. Widget referenced, never did a standalone one in that form factor.
I’ve used one as a desk sub behind my monitor for a while. Maybe a decade?
Got myself Kef T2 today for <100$ (beaten down a bit, but under sofa so it doesn’t matter), I must say the build quality is very good, box is quite stiff, initially i though it is made or covered in metal because is was quite cold to the touch, however it looks like some kind of epoxy coating.
Sub goes pretty low it seems, however my LS50 Wireless 2 have limited bass settings and I as this sub doesn't have gain control, everything i can do is to adjust gain on imput. Problem is on LS50W2 gain control only in +/- 10db range.
Going to get another sub, maybe even 3rd one to level my room modes a bit.
