Skw rca cables terrible sound?!

I just switched my rca cables from innakusttik star stereo to locking skw cables and the sound became more controled but the highs are gone and the air everything sounds sort of muffled. Hard to describe. Do they need break in time or are they shite?

The setup is r26dac-skw-yamaha cx2- skw- yamaha mx2 - qed ruby aniversary - amphion 3l

There should not be any audible difference.

3 options to convince the criticle ASR folks.

A: Do a blind test (not easy, if you want to do this we can tell you how, you need 1 extra person in any case)
B: Record the output of both cables and post them here.
C: Use a splitter near the source and 2 inputs you can switch between and see if the issue is still there when switching directly. This is quite different from switching cables yourself.

How clean are all connectors ?
 
Ok i didnt think im going to degrade the sound. I just wanted a better connection since the innakustik sit kind of loose on the connectors. But i can defintly atest to that silver cables sound diffrent to copper cables on my headphones. But since both type of rcas are copper i think its weird

Ill try option c and maybe b if if find a differnence

Connectors are brand new

Copper is more earthy sounding.

Here's what the manufacturer says the cable looks like:
71ry38TKtiL._SL1500_.jpg

Looks more like a fancy cable for balanced interconnects to me, but fine, it'll work. It'll probably have higher capacitance than some plain ol' coax (protip: if you don't mind jank, use 75 ohm RCA video cable, preferably RG-179 or RG-59), but I can't imagine that any of the devices involved would have high enough output impedance and the cables would be long enough for that to matter.

Here I might swap cables back to the old ones one at a time and see what (if anything) changes. It is easy to accidentally bump some knob or similar when changing things around, not to mention fooling yourself is always an option.

Gute einstellung dachte nur nicht das jeder das wissen will aber here we go.

You refer to diffrent video cables i should try to use instead. At the same time your questioning if my devices are compatible with that sort cabeling. I just want to learn.
The part about swapping cables was clear to me.
