Okay so you are looking for:
Amplifier, headphone amp and a DAC, around 300 Euro.
A challenge there.
Now I do not know what kind of speakers you have, but say some 4 Ohm 88 dB (2.83V / 1m) .
I (observe I would) go on used. I now looked most quickly at a Swedish used Hifi advertising page.
Amplifier: Harman Kardon HK980, 120 Euro
(as usual before buying google brand, model see if it is reliable, build quality, common problems,
or for that matter ask others' experiences, knowledge of it. Suggested on a forum like ASR)

TOPPING D10s DAC, a few months old 65 euros.

The ad on HK amp. The TOPPING D10s DAC ad has now been removed. It quickly disappeared. The little rascal seems to be popular in Sweden.

Harman Kardon HK 980 i gott skick. Finns en liten matt repa på fronten precis till höger om displayen. Svår att se om man ej står nära och inget som stör nämnvärt. Ser helst upphämtning i
