Keith... We need to talk I'm all over the place.

Sigberg SBS.1 bump, Thorbjørn is developing a new version ( see his new SBS development thread) so this pair have to go.
Perfect condition, they must be used with a subwoofer I have been using them with one of Thorbjørn’s 12” Inkognito subs and they sound splendid.
Installation is plug and play, the speakers enjoy being close to the front wall and the inbuilt EQ takes care of any room gain.

SBS.1 ( grill on) next to its big brother Saranna,

Keith

SBS.1 and Inkognito 12” subwoofer, the Inkognito is a ‘pizza box’ design and it can ne placed vertically or horizontally.
The SBS.1 is a four way system coaxial mid/treble, dedicated mid-bass and then Inkognito subwoofer.

Keith

The SBS use Hypex NCore amps, which have built in PEQ, allowing you to have deep bass ( the SBS/Inkognito is a completely full range system) without any boom.

Sigberg’s 12” ‘Inkognito’ subwoofer, here placed in its upright configuration.

Sigberg ‘Inkognito 12” pizza box subwoofer before feet have been attached, the sub can be placed with flat or upright, ( pictured upright).

Keith

The SBS.1 simply plug into the Inkognito there is no configuration, they really are ‘plug and play’.

Sigberg SBS.1/Inkognito 12” bump.
The SBS ( grills on ) are on the right!

There are some more photographs of both the SBS.1s and the Inkognito subwoofer on our ‘ex_dem’ page.
Generally we encourage customers to sell privately purely because they will realise more.

Weekend Sigberg SBS.1/12” Inkognito bump!
The speaker/sub combination can be auditioned here or home ( your home)
Keith

Thorbjørn that is incredibly generous.
The SBS.1 are superb, preconfigured to accept any of Sigberg’s subwoofers to create a completely full-range system.
They are capable of accepting either an analogue or digital signal, tomorrow the new Eversolo T8 arrives which has AES (amongst others) and the ability to attenuate volume!
Keith

I have been experimenting using my SBS.1’s with the new Eversolo T8 digital transport, which can send and attenuate a digital signal, ideal for contemporary active speaker designs which accept an AES input.

Thorbjørn has designed a new ‘SBS’ and so my ex-demo pair which are in superb condition are looking for a new home.
Incredibly capable yet compact loudspeakers using the same coax mid/treble as the Sigberg Mantas.
Thorbjørn believes ( and I agree) that the main speaker shouldn’t be asked to produce bass so the SBS only extend to 80Hz thus the addition of a subwoofer is necessary.
Fortunately the adding a sub is no more than difficult than connecting and XLR as everything is pre-configured.
Astonishing hing drive, slam and completely full-range from a compact discreet system.
SBS.1 without grill,

Keith

Weekend Sigberg SBS1 bump, Thorbjørn is slightly revising the design hence the reason for sale.
They are astonishing loudspeakers, coupled with a subwoofer they offer a dynamic, completely full-range sound in a compact, discreet package.
Built in EQ allows you to enjoy muscular, tight bass without any ‘BOOM’!
