Finally! Sigberg Audio will be featured at a Hifi Show in the USA for the very first time November 14-16th, in collaboration with our US dealer DreamScapes A/V!

At Capital Audiofest in Washington D.C., room 615, you will be able to audition a Sigberg Audio MANTA system with dual 10D subwoofers! :D

Will I (Thorbjørn Sigberg) be there? Yes! And not only that, I will be one of four keynote speakers on the opening day (Friday the 14th)! Content TBA, but likely a fireside conversation about Sigberg Audio and our products, either with the founder of DreamScapes A/V, and/or one of the magazine editors present at the show. :) I will then attend the show (alternating between room 615 and the bar! :p ) all weekend!

Hope to see some of you there!

Only two weeks left! https://www.capitalaudiofest.com/

We will be showcasing the Sigberg Audio MANTA with dual 10D subs in collaboration with DreamScapes A/V, and they will also be premiering lots of other cool stuff from brands like Aretai, Esoteric, Benchmark, Grimm, Krix and more - and also a KYD (Keith Yates Design) home theater room.

I'm bummed -- my son's has a tournament that weekend and we found out tonight they will have a game early Friday evening. Your participation was the main reason I had hoped to attend this year.

I'm sorry to hear that! Not possible to pop by on Saturday or Sunday?

Good luck at the show! Can’t make it to DC but wish you’d been at the NY/NJ show last weekend. I suspect you’d have been the highlight. :)

Leaving for USA tomorrow, come and say hello in Room 615, I'll likely hang around there quite a bit wearing a Sigberg Audio t-shirt. :) And of course not just to say hi to me, but also to experience the Manta system! :D

I wish I could. My son has a tournament -- game Friday after work, game late morning Saturday, and another one late morning tomorrow. Perfectly timed so i would not get enough time there on any of the days.

Hope it has been a good show for you so far.

Thank you, yes a lot of great feedback and interesting conversations so far! :)

One interesting difference I have learned between US and Europe is definitely the perspective on size. I already knew this was a thing for houses and cars, so I guess it's not that strange that it's the same with speakers. :)

I consider the Mantas to be relatively large speakers, while over here (USA) many people seem to almost consider them compact. And if I look at everything presented at the show, I think they're probably smaller than the average speaker size of everything here.

Due to their design I suspect they punch well over their weight class, meaning capacity likely doesn't go hand in hand with size for everything else here, but still an interesting observation. :)
