They are available on the Vinylengine website, but registration is closed.
The internet provides conflicting information regarding recommended tracking force and no technical specifications.
I measured this cartridge. (Technics SL 1200GR2)
The cartridge with the original Technics headshell and screws weighs 12.50 grams.
The resonance peak, without the brush, is at 9 Hz, which would suggest a dynamic compliance of around 18/10 Hz.
With the brush down and a regular music record, not a test record, the resonance peak occurred at 11 Hz
The recommended tracking force, I think, is 1.7 grams, without or with the brush?
