MAD Magazine began as a USA comic book that segued to publishing a magazine format. For gauging it's iconic status consider how by 1972 when the USA's population was just under 2,100,000 it's print circulation for every issue reached 2,000,000 copies.

For those wondering about the below screen shot's context it parodied a popular USA movie titled "Easy Rider". And then too for general interest: originally the appellation of "easy rider" was how deep south USA residents referred to itinerant guitar players who slung their guitar by rope across a shoulder.

You are correct 210,000,000 … I'd posted when just returned home from undergoing anesthetized surgery and guess still had a bit of brain fog zeroing along.

Nope! Clinic only releases post-surgical patients to either registered medical transportation vehicle or a driver in a private vehicle. For their insurance liability that facility keeps you wheel chaired until then and they allow no taxi/uber/motorcycle/walking away.
