My dedicated listening room (no TV!) is most precious to me. Speakers are little Maggies and Vandersteens. In my book the Maggies kill the Vandys in terms of clarity and definition and imaging. So they're the ones that are actually hooked up, plus they need that 10" Dayton Titanic sub, a nice match.
Are you using DSP room correction looks like a reflective room.

No DSP for me. The room is actually open ended, backs out to a dining area, then to the foyer, with a kitchen window.

I'm not sure if this is good or bad, but I don't have any complaints. System has always sounded fantastic in this space.
 
Some beautiful spaces here but a real lack of Revel, KEF and Genelec speakers! Here’s my contribution, excuse the mess:
