I am very happy to know that while I was singing in the church choir at Christmas service today, you've already posted your participation on that thread.

And as well, I still need to break out my ECM8000 and take proper measurements since I’ve been using my phone.

Oh, you too keep and use ECM8000.

On October 7, 2023, I have carefully cross-calibrated my BEHRINGER ECM8000, which was specially selected in 2008, against precisely calibrated EARTHWORK M50 (ref. #813, #819 and #831 on my project thread).

I was/am very pleased that fortunately my ECM8000 specially selected in 2008 still has nice flat response within total 1.2 dB gain span over 15 Hz to 22 kHz now after 15-year later (even 17-year later now), I know well this is just quite rare and lucky case for myself.

Simple setup for movies and casual listening. Almost hits the target curve right out of the box, incredibly dynamic, f3 at 30hz in-room. Love these damn speakers.

I'll post my Revel F228Be critical listening setup next.

I have the kef r3m in the living room with a bkxxls400 sub (a second one is ordered). Sofa is on the back wall which is frustrating and cannot be moved. I have some troels sba10 in another room (testing them alongside the r3m in that picture). The Kefs sound better much to my frustration because I spent months making them..

Th first time that I saw something like this on a wall in someone's home was when I lived in N'Orleans at 622 St, Anne Street. An artist friend of mine has something similar (a hand painted jungle scene on the wall. I've only seen one other similar that an artist friend in Charleston, SC hand painted a sea scape of a beach on her wall.

Surround: LCR martin logan motion, surround side, back and height dali on wall, dual Monoprice Monolith 15 v2, JBL 4281F powered by a crown 1502, denon x4500h, nvida shield pro.

Our house is detached, the room is in the basement. Neighbors once asked of we also experienced that sometimes their dishes rattled in their cabinet… I didn’t recognize that.

I'm glad that someone can do something like that.
If I wanted t run my wife off (she does not like music or movies), I could do that.
And for music, she wants me to build my own room (for 2.2 stereo).

It is. Due to our traveling (mostly separately), this was not discovered by me until we had been married 19 years. (Perhaps because every time we have been in the same place at the same time, there was an arms length "Honey Do" list to take care of AND it was like a Honeymoon all over again.
Had I known this before marrying her, marrying her would not have happened.
That and the "No motorized 2 wheel vehicles" ban would have put her on the list of "do not marry".
I waited until I was 48 to get married & still did not ask the right questions.
And we even did a prenup.
