I start every wiring attempt with a mental image of something like this. About three cables in, I unbundle and redo it because I forgot about something. Five cables in I give up.

Don’t think anyone can beat this. This happens to your audio system if you would upgrade your 7.2.4 Denon AVR to bassshakers with minidsp2x4HD, appletv4K, Fosi V3 mono and Dante ADC/DAC 24Bit/96Khz bridges and using the otherwise useless TV mount for it instead the TV rack. Before you ask, yes there is a temperature controlled cooling with two Noctua NF-A20 but surprisingly not really needed.

You didn't start off with your own photo, so....

Mine is a spaghetti mess. I'm running a multichannel and a stereo system that share the same front speakers and subwoofer, so the cable count is almost doubled. Will post photos later. But I always have a lot of respect for anyone who keeps their cables neat and tidy.

What does yours look like? If it's a mess like mine, no shame in that. It might just be a matter of not finding the time (read: being lazy), well I know. Any thoughts on how you'd tidy it up?

Tbh it's a new house and the system is preliminary. Once the room is sorted I'll start again from scratch with this thread in mind, lol.
