Show us your cables behind the rig

Ooh yes, we like humour round here.

Here is the design (and the modest kit) my wife wanted in 'her' lounge (it's small but 10m long, filled with large sofas, so the sound is not what you expect. The top speakers run as IB for obvious reasons). I was going to chase the wires into conduits in the walls and re-plaster, but my wife insisted that shrinkage would make it a "Forth Bridge"-type of project (if you know), so external conduits were fine, plus, she's saving up for a new house, so no point in me putting the effort in.....

Bedroom system with two preamp/power amps and an integrated amp switching to one set of speakers. I run the signal and speaker cables along the top back of cabinet and all the power down to the floor underneath the cabinet.

Do you have a bed in there, or just a hammock?

I have an irrational dislike of visible cables so have the cables for my setup tucked into a screw on rack at the back/underside rear of my desk.

I see dead people cables...
And don't forget that manufacturers recommend a TV to be 60cm from a back wall to avoid red shift.
I'm also glad to see your trainers forming a key role in notch filtering.
I will have to shut down my PC now, in case my wife sees these pics and thinks I'm plotting something.

Funny enough trying to organise can make it worse then cables runs closer and parallel for longer runs . So the random mess can be the best performance :P

Glad I am not the only one with horrible looking spaghetti behind my rig. Luckily I can just close the door and forget about it
