Should the blade metas be considered cardioid?

Kal Rubinson likes them enough to pay his own money to have 3 Blade 2 Meta's (plus a pair of LS60's for surrounds) in his place. Now what? Whose opinions should we take more seriously?

I wouldn't take anyone's opinion particularly seriously. My post was a reply to someone else's specific statement.

I know lots of people who weren't willing to pay their own money to have Blade speakers, but I don't interpret that to mean they are bad speakers.

Spinorama is magnitude responses only in an anechoic. That has not much to do with inclusive objectivity. It's just sad that spinorama has so much weight in reviews and discussion.

What else would you suggest to evaluate speaker performance?
