Hi there,
It is the upsampling possibility which makes this Transpot stand out from many other CD-Transports.
This is a message to members who has had the ET3 transport for some time and has experience in changing the sample frequency on ordinary CD's from 44,1 KHz to higher levels.
Please mention what outlet plug you are using on all comments.
What are your subjective experince when you upsample with regard to sound quality ?
Any differene in PCM or DSD?
Preferably inform if there are clear audio quality differences from the original to higher steps on the same CD ! I am not interested in stand alone audio-files, only CD / 44,1 KHz and upsambling. Also if you can elaborate on the audio quality difference. Any systematic tendencies as you upsample more and more ?
Thanks Lars
