Setup to apply EQ from TV(streaming apps) to headphones (possibly active/passive 2.0/2.1 speakers in the future as well)

Do you have any good recommendations, if I would to expand the soundstage on my Hifiman Arya Stealth?
I have just received some money from my family, so budget er not a problem here. :) :facepalm:
