Setup KEF KC62 with NAD M10V3

Hi experts,

I would like to know proper setup KEF KC62 with NAD M10V3. Main speaker is KEF LS50 META.
I connected KC62 LFE RCA to NAD M10V3's SUB 1. (just single connection) And in BluOS app, I selected 1 subwoofer with 80 Hz crossover freq.
The problem is sometimes subwoofer works and sometimes doesn't. Even in a song playing.
What's the matter with my NAD M10V3 and KC62.
Please share your experience.

My guess is that the sub amp isn't waking up to the LFE signal. Some suggestions out there that you could consider upping the signal from the NAD, and lowering the gain on the sub to compensate.

Try using a Y-connector and set the NAD to 2 subs.

Yes, I am trying this connection and this works now! So far, I tried many other connection and setup except your suggestion. But still I need to monitor the status. Anyway thanks so much.
