I'm using the headphones using multipoint connection. This has worked absolutely fine until I installed the most recent firmware (3.37.3).
Now the headphones only connect to my phone and refuse to connect to my laptop.
I have removed the pairing with the laptop to re-pair the devices. But the headphones don't even show up in the list of Bluetooth devices anymore.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

I'm also struggling. I upgraded my pair to 3.37.3, and now I'm having major connectivity issues. Basically, I cannot connect to the TV anymore. I looked at options to downgrade, but it is not that simple.

My wife has a second pair she uses at work. Those are running the previous firmware and connect okay. I will check which firmware they are running once she brings them home, and then I'll try to downgrade mine to get the connectivity working again. If I manage to obtain that particular (older) firmware file and get the firmware loader working on a WinOS PC, I will report back. This is deemed a hack and will void the warranty.

I suggest you go and report this firmware issue here: https://www.head-fi.org/threads/momentum-4-firmware-update.979246/

I think I solved it by switching off and on again any device involved, including the headphones. (not just the regular reboot)
Works fine again. Pairing with multiple devices is no issue anymore.

i have same issue. dual pairing bluetooth headphones
"I'm using the headphones using multipoint connection. This has worked absolutely fine until I installed the most recent firmware (3.37.3). " !!!!

i have uninstalled Sennheiser app and Sen+ and unpaired phone and laptop.
no luck !
it does not reconnect to both devices !
i must reconnect other device always manualy, either win11 laptop dell 5540 or samsung s23 ultra , before the 3.37.3 it worked fine!!

To hard reset (factory reset) your Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones, power them on, then press and hold the power button for at least 20 seconds until you hear a tone and the red/white LEDs flash. This clears all settings, pairing history, and restores default settings. Finally, remove them from your phone's Bluetooth list.
Personally, I would first unpair the headphones from the devices, since it goes into pairing mode once the reset is complete. If it is still in your list of paired devices the new pairing could fail.

20sec did not help also, before i unpaired phone and win11 and App was uninstalled.
i belive it is same as Factory Reset in Sen app.
lifted up headphones for 2-minutes and again, connected to laptop but not to android phone.
Senn app does not show any other paired devices also in menu.

Sorry, I can't help you. The hard reset solved the issue for me.
