The DT880 250-Ohm is fairly balanced sound, slightly bright.

I answered you in that other thread when you asked the same question, HD560s New Version should be better than DT880 in this regard. HD560s New Version doesn't have the annoying treble peak and is better balanced overall.

Can you recommend the top 5 headphones that are best suited for working at night and that open up well for arrangements and beats?

The 880 has a lot of top, I wouldn't say it's sharp, but low frequencies, smooth a bit but flooded. The mixes in them are detailed but bright, they are not good for the Rock direction.

Sadly there is no 'DT880', just like there is no 'DT770' nor a 'DT990'.
There are several differently tuned DT880, DT770 and DT990.
There are only 2 different tunings for the HD560S with the current one having the best tuning.
As Robbo already mentioned. The Beyerdynamics have a substantial treble peak.
Not a bad thing when monitoring/tracking during recording but less (actually not) desirable for music enjoyment.
The Beyerdynamics are a bit more comfortable and pads are cheaper (if you can get the correct ones).
The cable of the HD560S is exchangeable. The Beyers are not (they are fixed).
So... for the recording side the DT880 are fine (when an open headphone is required).
When also used for mixing you might end up with 'dull' recordigs (when one doesn't know the character of the headphone).
For mixing, music enjoyment I would recommend HD560S/HD400Pro/HD505/HD550.

Yes (first version has 3m cable)
There are many when you use some parametric EQ.
When not using EQ on recording side:
Sennheiser HD560S/HD400Pro/HD505/HD550/HD600, OLLO S5X, X1 DT880 Edition (with filter or mods), DT900proX, AKG K612, Audiotechnica ATH-R50x are a few usable ones

Yep, the Old Version (1st Version) of the HD560s still has less treble peaks than the DT880, and still also less bright than the DT880. The New Version HD560s is even less peaky in the treble than the Old Version (1st Version) - the New Version is better balanced and better sounding than the Old Version (1st Version) when both used at stock. New Version HD560s is the one to get when not using EQ.

Although here on the website, on the contrary, they say that the second version is better than the first. From the bottom of my heart. I'll order myself a second version of the HD 560. I wanted to order an 880, but I don't like their excessive brightness.

and what do you mean by mods for dt880? Is this a design change?

You can put some toilet paper between the driver and the foam disc or use a passive in-line filter.
Then it is fine.

That's a bit subjective, but objectively if the old Beyer pads start to lose firmness even a little, then ears touching the inner walls hurts. 560S has less of that problem. Overall I find 560S much more comfortable than Beyer 770, 880, etc.
What solderdude mentioned, but not DT880. AIAIAI TMA-2 Studio is also worth considering although they don't get any coverage on this site. Other closed headphones (for more noise isolation) worth considering are Sennheiser 620S and Beyerdynamic DT 700 Pro X (I have these, but they are a bit heavy).
