Mini/compact metal dome tweeters. They seem to not exist except in rare cases or in TVs etc. I have some from a TV from over 10 years ago; they are perfect for close CtC spacing with little 3" fullrange/woofers. IMO they sound pretty reasonable. I was surprised that they would be in a somewhat budget TV, paired with the ubiquitous oblong paper cone woofer.
The only other drivers that are more readily available are mini full range drivers like SBA or Aurasound full range concave domes with large excursion.
And of course the soft dome micro tweeters from Dayton etc .
