I'm searching for an all in one dac amp (not necessarily preamp) with MQA full decoding and powerful full balanced xlr plug for headphones, about 650usd max.
What could I choice?

Think all the options would be enough. Chose whatever is cheaper/more convenient/better supported in your country.

Looking at specs for Empyrean, 32ohm, 100 dB at 1mW, fairly sensitive. EX5 on high gain max out over 1 watt at 32 ohm, which translates to 130 dB SPL, so at reasonable volume there should be plenty of headroom for peaks.
Haven't found sensitivity figure for Twin Pulse
My recommendation is for EX5, digital volume control eliminates potential channel imbalance of analog pot

L50 has analog pot while the other two are digital. From the measurements Amir posted EX5 is a better performer than xDuoo.
