I don't know if anyone has interest in this stuff, if there's any other crate diggers out there. I picked up some Scorpio pressings back in the 90's/early 00's, mostly Blue Notes when I was hunting for jazzy beats. I had no idea what they were when I bought them, but later discovered what these reissues were all about. I thought this was a great little article on where they came from and how to correctly identify them

I have to say that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They sounded very congested to me and the stereo mix was often panned to one side or the other. I got rid of most of them at a yard sale, I think there were a couple that weren't awful.
