won't there be magnetic coupling issues between the transformers? Surely this will harm the precious soundstage stuff or whatever.
Edit: one is a choke not a transformer. However it should still be in a different orientation to the transformer.

Just sold my last solid state monos. Now I own only 845 triode 20W monos with no-compromise mods, nothing else on planet earth sounds as good for me I know, subjective bs.

After experiencing modern class D and the lack of heat they produce, not sure I would want to go back to something like this. It looks like it will heat a small room. Still curious to see the measurements from Amir someday. Doubt Schiit will send him a sample though.

55 lb amps are relics these days - and I own one! I’d wager a Buckeye or March amp would kick its a** on the test bench. I love my old Class AB amps, but if I were buying new today, it would be Class D.
