Sanity Check: Can these dinky little wires be a problem?

I know cables nearly don't affect sound quality (they can if they're corroded, super duper long, or are unbalanced without shielding) but I feel worried about the ones in this cute little XLR adapter I just got 2 of: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000068O59

In comparison to most other XLR cables, the ones used here are downright tiny and might not have much space for shielding against noise that lands on one hot conductor but not the other (for a balanced connection). Could they possibly present any issue? Just a sanity check.

It should be fine. They are probably small diameter so they can fit two into one connector.

Probably made with miniature twinax cable (+ and - with a shield wrapped around). I don't know why this would be a problem.

It turns out that the XLR adapters from Cable Matters on Amazon cost the same but you get TWO instead of just one, and they use better quality connectors too judging by their cables which I already have.

I just ordered one of those and these cheaper adapters will become mere backups.
