Do you use the phones straight off the dac, or run the latter through the Rotel first?

Heh, well its from this calendar year and unfortunately most of the topic is not even about Rotel
It's PC USB > Loxjie > Rotel > Sundara, so through the Rotel. I think there is a slight difference compared to using the amp of the Loxjie, although it doesnt feel really underpowered like mentioned in Amir's review.

That's probably the way I would do it, but I expect most people at ASR would go the other route, to keep the signal stream short.
