Graph is clearly dominant with gains enabled

I honestly can't tell.

(Which graph is which? What dB range is shown? What smoothing was applied? Why do the screenshots show different frequency ranges?)

REW has a Screenshot button in the top left corner.
With Legend turned on, the resulting graph will answer all of these questions.

Should I apply any smoothing or REW can calculate precise Q on raw measurments?

MMM measurements with sufficiently high number of averages can be used without applying additional smoothing.

Yeah sorry attached plots were messy, both Var smoothed, but different average SPL, range of correction <280hz, single measure at listening point L+R.
MMM was used to measure each channel and generate EQ profile, though
