They had us sitting against the back wall with maximum sound pressure. Not a good idea regardless of what correction they have applied.

Ironic that this track is called "Tower of Power" as my notes say: "a lot of power!" I think they said it has three 700 watt amplifiers in each speaker.

I swear some engineers should be kept far, far away from industrial design. I mean what is this look on the new Pacific DAC from Lampizator?
It was full of dust and smudges already. When did this brass look come into audio???
Reminds of middle eastern "Samavar" that is used for making tea:
Let's not even think about it tarnishing and needing to be polished. If I am going to polish something it ain't going to be a bloody DAC!
Somewhere, some place an Apple designer is having a heart attack after seeing pictures of this DAC!
