RME ADI-2/4 Pro SE

I am curious to see how much the new chip ES9822Pro improves the AD conversion.
Considering the Cosmos ADC basis, I have pretty good expectations...;)

Edit: I think @VintageFlanker will have to review and compare both for proper justice again. :D @Audiophonics ?
One can always dream... :p

The U.K. distributor says they are a ‘limited edition’ product and only 500 units will be produced, all of theirs are going to be sold through a computer shop which is a frankly little disappointing.

Oh the manual is out, thanks! Can't wait but turn to pages with measurements.

On Page 93 "Outputs XLR and rear TRS" figure title says "THD+N 116dB", a minor typo I think?

Page 93 2nd graph title: negative THD+N -116 dB.

But which ESS?
Probably the same ES9028Q2M they have been using in other models.

On page 99, on disadvantages of volume potentiometers:
Non-reproducible settings (except 0 and 11)
That is indeed one more than the usual maximum :)

I may have missed the entirety of the thread, but... At 2499€, does it comes with or without the external PSU?
According to the manuals:
Adi-2/4 Pro SE: External switched power supply with IEC socket, lockable connector, DC 12 V 40 W
Adi-2 Pro FS BE:
External switched power supply, lockable connector, DC 12 V 24 W

So it seems to be a different power supply.
