Yes you can export your preferred speaker response as txt and then load that text file as target curve in EQ window. But the right way is generating minimum phase versions of both speaker responses, vector average the minimum phase copies and "calculate target level" on that vector average in EQ window using a suitable target curve and use REW's auto EQ on that target with each speaker's min phase response to generate filters. Harmon curve is a good starting point.

Don't try to make all of the "little wiggles" in the high frequencies match. Slightly different positioning, or things or people in different positions in the room can will affect how the direct & reflected soundwaves combine to create differences in the higher frequencies.
