Buying something without a warranty is OK if it is cheap enough to just write off if it blows up after 31 days but I'd expect a monumental discount on something like a DAC/headphone amp if part of the deal was a 30 day return period. For US consumers I think Massdrop has some good deals but for an overseas customer, by the time I add 20% VAT plus customs handling charge, international shipping and consider that there is basically no warranty on some of their goods compared to statutory rights which actually tend to better than many manufacturer warranties Massdrp just doesn't add up. Especially when many local sellers price quite aggressively and there is no shortage of B stock and clearance bargains. For example, I worked out what the HD6XX would cost me after the various additional charges and I can buy HD650's for very little more.
