Search the site for my detailed post on what to do. It involves a new flashed EPROM chip replacement. They can send it to you, and if you are good at soldering, you can do it yourself, and if not, maybe $40 to have a repair specialist. OR, you can ship it to Topping and they will fix it for free. Just be sure to tell them you downloaded the firmware from their site for a DX3 Pro (not +), and it bricked it. They are good to work with.Mine has been a paperweight since 6 months in.
