Assuming you are doing it for measurements, Audacity has an RIAA curve built into the EQ function. You can do RIAA or invert it for reverse RIAA. This would not work for spot checks like sending a tone thru and measuring with a wideband multimeter.

I use that for dubbing 78s. Record the 78 using Audacity through my normal RIAA phono stage, albeit with a 78 stylus, then remove the RIAA and apply the correct EQ for that record, and reduce the noise. Works OK except it's rare to have a 78 that hasn't been badly worn.
