Revel M16 Speaker Review

What are the spots you have highlighted in the Red Circle?
Those are screws that fix the tweeter waveguide to the baffle. You can only just see them with the woofer in place.

OK, sorry for the dumb question, I thought it had to do with something like that, but I just couldn't see anything there. LOL

I thought I’d try on mine and it’s quite straightforward.

Basically you remove the woofer trim ring by gently pulling on its inside lip. If you have large fingers this might prove difficult.

Once the woofer trim is removed you will then need to remove the woofer itself so that you can access two screws that hold the tweeter waveguide in place. I didn’t go any further than removing the woofer trim ring, but I assumed the rest.

Great info. Thanks for posting!

Does anyone know how to tighten the waveguide on M16?
Any information would be great help.
There are 2 clamp levers that tighten up waveguide to the case.
1) Remove magnetic ring
2) Unscrew and remove the mid-base driver
3) Then you can get to the levers easily to tighten up or loose if want to takeout the waveguide.

Thank you for responses.

Is it easy to remove the crossover in these for serving?
Not sure Bobby as I didn’t remove the woofer. My guess is that as a mass produced speaker they would have made it easy to assemble and therefore disassemble

I found these pictures from a Polish site www.avtest.pl.
