I went to the Revel website and under contact us, there is a form.

I'd rather pay more & be able to take it home for a few days & take it back (NOT ship it back). And try something else.

agreed , home testing with a retailer a couple of miles away for returns makes things much easier, i suppose i'm less worried about shipping bookshelf and most center speakers than towers...

I ship frequently (for 5 year checkups & updates, etc). Even from Guam to California or Charleston SC Including LARGE bookshelf speakers (35 Lbs. each). But, I strongly prefer to not ship speakers or turntables). Especially now that I am living on an island that has a couple of bridges to the mainland. I'll drive them to where they need to go, instead. Even if it is 600 miles. Because I can. (and I love driving on trips).
