Replacement 6.35mm Barrel Connector for FX-Audio DAC X6

Hi there,

I'm looking to replace the current 6.35mm female headphone port on my FX-Audio DAC X6. It's recently become quite loose and so loses connection often. I can't find a part number so am asking for some help to find a suitable replacement. It doesn't have to be a 1-1 replacement part but one that would work. I've attached some images which so the part and connections underneath
