Reliable test tracks (sine, IMD, ...) on streaming services?

Does anyone know test tracks that are available on streaming platforms, preferably Amazon Music unlimited and preferably in 24 bit?

There are various test tone albums, e.g. "audio check", but the only have 1 and 10 kHz at either -10, -6 or 0 dB and apparently 16 bit undithered. I am looking for 18+19 kHz (or 19+20) IMD, multitone IMD.
