Chromecast Audio for a streamer, plus any decent optical DAC. I use an RME ADI-2 DAC as a DAC, but there are cheaper options.

Or just a Chromecast Audio with a Atom for power and volume control. Just a Chromecast Audio will do. It all depends on budget and features you want.
