Dears,
I´m on the market for an
- amp (A/B or D)
- balanced input
- module or boxed
for the tweeter (Harwood AM25, 80W 4Ohm) in my active DIY speaker.

- Can be mono or two channels (not for bridging: second channel would be used for the mids (2 x Visaton TI100)
- Connectors XLR or anything else.
- <200 USD/EURO

Topping Mini 300 could be a candidate

Any recommendations?

In that price range, amplifiers with good measurements based on the TPA3251 would be the best choice.
As you already mentioned, the Mini 300, PA5 II, 3E Audio A5, A5se, and Sylph Audio D100.

After that comes the Toppings B100, but the mono version costs €300.

THX Roland! Mini 300 will arrive tomorrow

I use a KT 88 douk with ESS AMT's. My crossover is a DBX 234. Works fantastic.

Take care of your ears. About 15 years ago I was testing some DIY speakers and neglected to attenuate the tweeters. After a couple of days I gave myself Tinnitus that remains to this day :(

Why not a NcX252mp + Ncx102EXT dedicated module for Tweeter. This combo is really great for a DIY active speakers

LM3886.
A/B chip amp.
Best for tweeters, used even in high end active speakers that are D-amped with the lower frequency drivers. Any protection you can think of, hardly impossible to clip on a tweeter, extremely reliable.
Will match the best D-amps on a tweeter. From some good, but dead cheap Aliexpress and eBay boards to Tom Christensens Neurochrome, that thing is hard to beat.
Output is a little limited, like 70 Watt /4 Ohm Distortion free, but more than enough for allmost any tweeter. If you want a cased unit, there are some mini amps around.
