Recommendations for a subwoofer Class D amp?

Anyone have any class D amps that they can recommend for a subwoofer application? Looking for something that can drive up to 750w for a wavetech thin pro 10 or Morel Ultimo PowerSlim PS104D. What would you guys recommend?

Deleted my first response as didn't notice was the car subforum. I use a Fosgate 500w amp in my vehicle....they probably have something. What are your requirements particularly?

Or just peak, mfg claimed?

Into what impedance?

Mono or two channel? After bridging or before or nine?

Do you need crossover / bass management features built in?

Are there any readily available for car audio? I know theres some hypex ones done by biketronics but i think all of those would need to be bridged.

Ideally as low distortion as possible. Yes geared to SQ.

I am aware this is car audio where distortion may not matter as much due to driving conditions. 750 RMS As according to Wavtech which can be iffy given car audio brand but Morel at least you know when they say 700 rms they most likely do mean it. Both these subs also have massive voice coils even for subwoofers so lets take it for what its worth and say 750 just to meet spec and maybe have headroom.

Both these are dual 4 ohm so you're fine w/ whatever implementation you can put, we can safely assume a standard 2 ohm load w/ parallel. If there's crossover or bass management that would be fine as well, but I'm going to be using it in conjunction w/ a processor that handles crossover and DSP.

Id prefer not to bridge but its not off the table. Its a single subwoofer channel.

You don’t say what your other components are or what you are driving your other speakers with. JL Audio and Alpine have good quality amps. Want higher end, look a Helix or Steve Meade Designs. You should figure out your enclosure and model it to see what power you need to hit your requirements. Remember, cars have cabin gain that augments output, but they are still a loud environment that have only so much ability for good SQ. I can tell you the last system I built with 250 watts feed a 12” Hsu in a sealed enclosure would easily hit 125db at 40hz, which was plenty for me.

Did look around for other Fosgate (actually Rockford Fosgate these days) amps and they have sub models for 750W (2ohm) and 1200W (2 ohm but 800w 4 ohm).

Recoil RED1200, rated 900 watts 2 ohm. I have the 5 channel version which is not as powerful but no complaints about it, although note the subsonic filter cannot be fully disabled but it can be set to 10hz.

For the real world, to have that infrasonic extension, I actually use like 100 watts in my car before my 2x18 inchers bottom out in bass music. But that is a "no box" installation. Still, if you're going to have one or two 10 inch drivers, even in a car, your distortion will be far more in the speakers than in the amp. So I recommend get a cheap amp like this and if you possibly can, just get more subwoofers.

We're currently working on a new D5 Series -D5 Twin Brothers and would love to hear your thoughts.
The idea is to offer two matching mono amplifiers:
D5 MONO MAIN – for driving the main speakers
D5 MONO SUB – for driving the subwoofer

Both models share the same design and feature balanced XLR and RCA inputs,
We're still in the development stage, so we'd really appreciate your feedback.

Is it really an advantage for an amp to "specialize" in LF?

I plan "stacks" on LRC, bookshelves for 180+Hz, subs on each below 80Hz then MBM Coupler in between.

This will change if mono is better for all subs.

Mino amps that are the same wrt frequency range, just less power at lower prices

would be more flexible.
