However the chances of of getting it back lined up correctly are slim with that poor thing.
Maybe take a look on aliexpress for iem drivers, they're cheap and plentyful.

The tutorial on the video are incomplete for earbuds driver like your case. Please using uv cured adhesive for glass.. Put some on the ring and ray it with uv. Then you could glue the membrane to magnet base and soldering. Pretty easy.
