Can members ( especially amirm and Erin ) rate the following speakers in order of their preference without eq but with a added sub and with out cost not being a factor
then rate them in order of preference and cost/value still with no eq being the main factors ( added sub )
in other word FR will be important because no eq will be applied.

philharmonic bmr
ascends sierra-2ex v2
kef r3 meta
kef q concetro meta
revel M16
revel M106
ascilab c6b/f6b

Here’s a great resource for comparing the data:

i have seen measurements on all the speakers i'd mention above, that is why they are on the list,
i really dont have a way to hear them mysellf so i am looking for members that have head them to rate them.

Of the three I have heard,
Philharmonic BMR,KEF R3 Meta,Revel M16 in that order. I'm not sure you will gain any useful info from my opinion. Your listening environment is most likely going to be different than mine and Amir/Erin's. Studying the data and having a general idea of your needs and preferences is a better way to decide. Philharmonic and Ascend offer in home trials, and KEF can be found at many retailers that offer returns.
