It's sounds like it must be some sort of magical device for audio that is likely to make you blow a fuse. I ran across this manufacturer linked on some page of randomness by someone who was reviewing capacitor sound quality - I think on an Internet adventure started by a snake-oil thread somewhere. They're always entertaining and usually end up in a synergistic research of tuned bowls or sticks or rocks.
They also have black paint for $79 to $125 per ounce - presumably the more expensive version is truly a blacker black.

Like Joseph Hellers follow up book on Cath 22 . It contained the new stealth plane “sssh....” that wa so stealthy that it did not even showed up on the blueprints
