Question about Target Slopes in Harman Research

Hello everyone,

I was reading through Sean Olive's 2004 AES paper (Part II, 6190) and had a question about the target slopes in Table 2.

Even after converting them into dB/oct, I can't seem to make much sense of these values.

The LW has a 1.4dB delta across the entire spectrum. The ER and the SP are identical, and more yet, the PIR is steeper than the SP! What am I missing?

There's been a mistake; the absolute values should be lower. But it doesn't explain that PIR is steeper than SP.
Edit: The following values should be correct.

My guess.... Manual error creating the table. Copied and pasted values and the SP row is wrong.
